This international love story began when Jana came from Germany to the United States to stay with a relative while she attended school. To celebrate their love, the couple planned a wedding full of sweet details. Some of the wonderful details include the globe centerpieces with red hearts drawn on their countries, a vintage bike guest book with messages from their guests written on heart-shaped paper and a cake stand adorned with a world map. To top it all off, the beautiful church, city of Duluth and the Greysolon Ballroom were all a beyond gorgeous backdrop for this special occasion.
From the Photographer: Jana and Paul got hitched in August! Their wedding day was filled with joy and happy tears. Seriously, my eyes did not stay dry during their ceremony…AT ALL! Especially when they exchanged rings. These two were literally jumping up and down with excitement. They are SO in love!
This Duluth wedding was full of DIY details! Jana had a great vision for their Germany meets MN theme. So much love and attention was put into every little detail. Globes, paper flower centerpieces, and red paper hearts filled the tables. One favorite detail would have to be their guestbook! They found a vintage bike and had friends and family hang messages on it. It was just darling!
Jana and Paul, thank you for choosing me to take part in such a special occasion. Your wedding day was wonderful and full of so much love. Congrats to you both!
